I specialize in building strength and performance for both seasoned athletes and total beginners. Personal Training can be a truly transformative experience, and I'm here to guide you through it.

A holistic approach

  • I take time to understand you: your lifestyle, challenges (kids, high-pressure job?), goals, and aspirations
  • After an initial assessment, I design a fully individualized training program
  • I track your progress and support you every step of the way

Helsinki: Hakaniemi or Töölö. We can also discuss the option of visiting your (business or home) gym.
