Online Personal Training: a personal trainer in your pocket

Train on your time, your terms, wherever you are, while still getting all the personalisation and feedback similar to in-person training. This is for anyone who wants results without the guesswork, whether you're a couch potato who needs to start moving, or you are chasing (movie role) transformations.

After a (online) meeting and full assessment, I will create a fully personalised training program built around your schedule, fitness level, and available equipment. No gym? No problem. Your plan evolves with you - updated weekly, or even on demand - to keep progress steady and training fresh.

No pre-programmed or AI coach, but a live human being. Me.

How it works

  • You're never fully on your own, I will help you set-up properly and guide you along the way.
  • Workouts are made and adjusted just for you, based on your first assessment, personal goals, and weekly evaluations.
  • Every exercise I program for you includes clear video demonstrations, so you’ll always know exactly what to do and how to do it. (and you can always ask me too!)
  • Habit tracking tools, if wished for:
    • Habits
    • Sleep
    • Stress
    • Overall activity
  • For those wanting more, additional features include:
    • Nutritional coaching: Analysing what you eat and implementing changes where needed.
    • Integration with wearables (Biofeedback tracking)

Choose from three coaching plans: Essentials, Performance, or Hybrid: each offering a different level of options and support. The Hybrid option offers you the chance to train both in-person with me, plus on your own, doing the workouts I create for you.

Essentials

  • Nutritional coaching (2h monthly coaching)
  • Direct access to support via whatsapp or phone call, on-demand availability
