Sitting isn’t the enemy, staying still is. Stiffness typically is your body adapting to stillness, and most stiffness is reversible within minutes of movement. This is where I can help.
I deliver practical wellness workshops that inspire, boost energy, help reduce stress, and help employees stay healthy and feel better in their bodies, even after long hours of sitting.
Sessions focus on mobility, healthy joints, stress management, and simple movement snacks that employees can realistically integrate into their workday. No fitness level required, no need for changing clothes, no, just tools that actually work.
Workshops can be delivered as engaging talks, interactive sessions, or movement-based workshops, tailored to your business, timeframe, and workplace (in-person or online). Ideal for wellness days, team events and wellbeing initiatives.
Optional Focus: Women’s Health at Work
Women’s health can be included as a dedicated session or integrated into longer wellness workshops, covering menstrual cycle 101, training with your cycle, and/or menopause, delivered in an inclusive way. Not just for women, but for everyone!
